Famous U.K. pattern-forward brand, Clarke & Clarke, has partnered with interior designer Breegan Jane on her first textile and wallpaper collection, and it launches right in time for spring.
“My ‘modern, approachable luxury’ signature style allows me to create design derived from a host of visual influences. As such, my collection breathes the captivating sights, sounds, and scenes from my favorite places on earth. Each time I visit Kenya, even from a standpoint of philanthropy, I’m completely overtaken by the lush, picturesque landscape. With every vacation I take to Ibiza I’m hypnotized by the vibrant nightlife and tranquil waters that redefine opulence and carefree living for me. LA’s iconic palm trees and understated elegance throughout the city are the roots of “home” for me as a southern California native. By incorporating elements from these locations that I frequent, I hope to instill hints of global beauty, comfort, and opulence into homes and interior spaces around the world.”
Embracing eight unique wallpapers, which are printed on FSC-certified substrates and sourced sustainably, and proudly made in the UK, there are also ten fabric designs; here, there is a stylish amalgamation of art and purpose, with a bold, luxurious, and ecologically responsible design.

Tell us about Clarke & Clarke.
Clarke & Clarke embodies modern British interior design. With an eclectic mix of design styles, Clarke & Clarke’s collections offer the ultimate in versatile design. Accessible and with beautiful adaptability to interior settings, what comes to the fore is an agile design style and evolving narrative based on an understanding of tastes and transitional style movements. There is something for everyone in the Clarke & Clarke portfolio, which we’re very proud of.
How did the collaboration with Breegan Jane come about?
We first met Breegan Jane in LA almost two years ago over breakfast. It was an instant connection! We were so struck by her infectious nature, her joy for interiors, and her enthusiasm for the industry. Her love of texture and versatile interior style is such a match for Clarke & Clarke that we knew we had to find a way of working together, to combine our shared passions. We knew instantly that Breegan would be a great design collaboration for Clarke & Clarke.
How long was it in the making?
It has been almost two years in the making and the Clarke & Clarke team has so enjoyed working with Breegan on this collection. It has been a meeting of design minds!
What can we expect from the collection?
It’s a celebration of Breegan and her influences mixed with the classic signature of Clarke & Clarke. Sophisticated, glamorous, and with a global perspective from Breegan, we have retained that versatility of design that we’re known for, while still creating something very new and exciting.
What influenced the designs?
Breegan’s life and work have been a huge influence on the designs within the collection. Her philanthropic work and global travels have informed this collection beautifully.
There is also a real consideration for how people live and want to live in and with pattern and color in this collection. Breegan’s own home style was a great source of inspiration to us as Breegan has always tried to reflect the characters and personalities of her family in her own home. Seeking a style that feels individual, glamorous, and with a sense of easy living, this collection embodies those characteristics.
Tell us about the production.
We work closely with all our suppliers to ensure the very best finish on our products and we’re so proud of how this collection has come together. The wallpapers have been printed in our own factory here in the UK, using sophisticated digital printing technology, enabling us to create incredible mural wallpaper panels and beautiful fabric designs. We love that we are producing our own wallpapers here in the UK and sharing them with the world.
